Ok how many of you have made New Year resolutions such as
"Oh, I'm going to lose weight......"
"I'm going to eat healthier"
Well I can't promise any sure fire way of making that happen, my only advice is to set realistic goals and tell your close family and friends so that they can support you - and keep you on track.
However there is a current initiative running this month called Smart Swap sign up for free vouchers to use on healthier foods.
Remember lots of public parks now have free outdoor Gym equipment.
Make good use of healthy online recipies there's loads of websites to choose from such as
Slimming World BBC Healthy Food
If you're clearing out old clothes - I'm assuming their not good enough or too worn out to put on ebay or for car boot sales, bag them up and take them into a H&M store you get a voucher for £5 off a spend of £30.
