Don't forget you can still use cashback sites such as Quidco or Topcashback - the rate is currently 2.5% - as you spend your Tesco vouchcers via those sites.
A great one for summer travel is megabus - use your tesco points to buy tokens which are then exchanged on the website.
Also you can buy a young persons railcard if you have enough vouchers.
